No Show/Same Day Cancellations
If you are a no call/no show OR CANCEL THE SAME DAY show you will be charged 100% of the service price. Continued no shows will no longer be able to book.
Late fee policy
If you are late by 10 minutes to your appointment, there will be a $15 late fee. Please plan around Atlanta traffic, and plan your other beauty services accordingly from other salon professionals. After 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled, and will result in paying full price.
Deposits
Deposits go towards the service price and are non refundable/non transferable
VIP Appointments
You are welcome to come any day, any time for a $50 fee plus the service price. This is for before/after hours. Please email info@nicolesbeautylounge.com to set up a special time.
*No kids under 12 are permitted in the shop due to Georgia State board regulations. We understand there are circumstances, so please email info@nicolesbeautylounge.com or call us, and we will be more than happy to accommodate for you.
